All drivers are required to have a motorcycle drivers license or motorcycle designation
All cancellations must be done by phone within 24 hours of your tour. A full refund is granted if cancelled before the 24 hour tour period. Anything after 24 hours will incur a cost of a convience fee of $50.00 USD.
We accept visa, master card, discover, paypal as forms of payment. we do not accept american express or cash as forms of payment.
Should this happen please ensure your safety first. Be sure to safely park your bike on the shoulder or off of the road. Move away from traffic and call for assistance. The customer is responsible for the cost of replacing a flat tire. Contact us and our team will make arrangements to have the motorcycle towed back to our location or repair shop and arrangements will be made to have you returned to our location.
One additional driver is permitted at no additional cost but must be at least 21 years in age and have a valid motorcycle license. Additional passenger must be at least 12yrs old.
Please immediately call 119 for medical assistance and police. If possible be sure to make a police report and to get the information of the other party. Contact our office and we will make arrangements to retrieve the bike and return you back to our location.
We will be placing a $100 temporary authorization on your credit card for rental of the motorcycle. This is just in case it has a small accident, tip over, or other accident. Please treat it as well as you can and the temporary authorization will be returned to you when you return the bike without damage.

Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals & Tours Limited (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can reserve a motorcycle for rental.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email, name, address, birth date, drivers license number and credit card/debit card information, which you submit to us through the reservation process at the Site.
1. Information collected via Technology To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information. To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Personal Information which may include: email, name, address, birth date, drivers license number and credit card/debit card information. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Information you provide us by making a reservation In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to make a reservation you will need to provide personal information. By reserving, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. Children’s Privacy The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. MOTORCYCLE TOUR/RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and entered between Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Ltd. hereinafter called “Owner” and the undersigned hereinafter called “Renter”.
VEHICLE
The Owner represents that to the best of his knowledge and belief that said vehicle is in sound and safe condition and free of any known faults or defects which would affect its safe operation under normal use.
TOUR/RENTAL PERIOD
The Renter agrees (a) that the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire; (b) that the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers not listed on the agreement; (c) not to use the vehicle to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written permission of the owner; (d) not to use the vehicle for any race or competition; (e) not to use the vehicle for any illegal purpose; not to operate the vehicle in a negligent manner; (g) not to permit the vehicle to be operated by any other person without the written permission of the Owner.
TOUR/RENTAL FEE
The Renter hereby agrees to pay the Owner at a rate of $140 for a 2 hr tour and rental/use of said vehicle.
DEPOSIT
The Renter further agrees to make a deposit of $100 with the Owner, said deposit to be used, in the event of loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs, replacement or other required payment. In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit shall be credited toward payment of the rental fee and any excess shall be returned to the Renter.
INSURANCE
The Renter hereby agrees that he shall fully indemnify the Owner for any and all loss of or damage to the vehicle or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Agreement whether caused by collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft or any other cause, except that which shall be determined to be caused by a fault or defect of the vehicle or equipment. Unless due to the fault of Owner, all fines, penalties, traffic and/or parking violations, court costs, towing charges and other expenses relating to the Vehicle assessed against Owner or the Vehicle during the tour/rental period. The Renter has to pay to the Owner all expenses incurred by the Owner due to Renter’s failure to return the Vehicle including costs in locating and recovering the Vehicle.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE
Only those who are a party to this Agreement and have a current valid driver’s license to operate the Vehicle are permitted to drive the Vehicle. Any other drivers are prohibited from operating Vehicle. A copy of the said license shall be provided to the Owner. The Renter shall not use or permit to be used for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward. The Renter shall not sublet or hire the Vehicle to any other person. The Renter shall not permit the Vehicle to be operated outside his authority. The Renter shall not operate the Vehicle or permit it to be operated in circumstances that constitute an offence by the driver against the law, or bylaws relating to road traffic, which relates to driving with excess speed or blood alcohol or under the influence of drink or drugs. The Renter shall not operate the Vehicle or permit it to be operated to propel or tow any other vehicle. The Renter shall not operate the Vehicle or permit it to be operated in any race, speed test, rally or contest. The Renter shall not operate the Vehicle or permit it to be operated for the transport more than one passenger. The Renter shall not operate or permit the Vehicle to be driven or parked on roadways not regularly maintained, or on any roads, beach, driveway, or surface likely to cause damage to the Vehicle.
OWNER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Owner shall provide the vehicle in a safe and roadworthy condition, up to current Certificate of Fitness standards. The Owner shall provide the Vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
RENTERS OBLIGATIONS
The Renter shall take all reasonable care when driving and parking the vehicle; The Renter shall ensure that the Vehicle is locked and secure at all times when it is not in use; The Renter shall ensure that the Vehicle is parked in a secure place at all times when not use The Renter shall ensure that the distance recorder or speedometer are not interfered with; no part of the engine, transmission, braking or suspension systems are interfered with; and should a warning light be illuminated or the Renter believes the vehicle requires mechanical attention, he or she stops driving and advises the Owner immediately.
MECHANICAL REPAIRS AND ACCIDENT
If the Vehicle is damaged or requires repairs or salvage whether because of an accident or breakdown, the renter shall advise the Owner or his agent of the full circumstances immediately. The Renter shall not arrange or undertake any repairs or salvage without the authority of the owner except to the extent that the repairs are necessary to prevent further damage to the vehicle or other property. The Renter is responsible for any punctures, tire or rim damage that occurs during the term of the rental period. The Renter shall ensure that no person shall interfere, except in an emergency, with any part of the engine, transmission, braking or suspension system of the Vehicle.
RETURN OF VEHICLE TO OWNER
On or before the expiration of the tour/rental period, the Renter hereby agrees to return the said Vehicle to the Owner or his agent at the addressed detailed in the agreement, or at a time agreed to by the Owner or agent to the extension of the tour/rental period. No refund shall be given if the Renter returns the Vehicle earlier than stated on the agreement.
WAIVER
No failure of Owner to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this Agreement shall act as a waiver of subsequent breaches; and the waiver of any breach shall not act as a waiver of subsequent breaches. The Owner’s acceptance of payment with knowledge of a default by Renter shall not constitute a waiver of any breach.
The Renter agrees that they have been provided with:
• Helmet/s
• Locks
• Key/s
• Visibility vests
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto hereby execute this Agreement on the date of accepted agreement.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, WAIVER AND AGREEMENT
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I understand that riding and touring is hazardous and may result in serious injury or death. I understand that this activity in which I am voluntarily participating has inherent risks (including death loss of limb and permanent disability, and damage to or loss of property) that I assume. I certify that I am duly licensed and competent to operate a motorcycle in a safe manner, and the rental motorcycle I will be operating during the tour/rental period is in safe and legal operating condition. I am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics of my rental motorcycle and my ability as a motorcycle operator during the tour/rental period. I hereby agree to expressly and voluntarily accept and assume all risks involved in operating the rental motorcycle or participating as a motorcycle passenger during the tour/rental period from Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited.
I hereby covenant, as a motorcycle operator or motorcycle passenger, not to sue Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited, their owners, agents, employees, officers, directors, managers and representatives for any and all loss or damage including property damage or loss, personal injury, permanent disability and/or death, arising out of my participating in this activity (including but not limited to riding, touring, transportation to and from the activity, and at all lodging and stops). Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited makes no warrant regarding conditions, safety of roadways, weather, lodging or stops, and I assume all risk that the conditions, safety of roadways, weather, lodging or stops are other than what is expected. I understand and agree that Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited is acting as my agent in only providing a tour/rental motorcycle, and guidance as to routes, and I hereby release and hold harmless Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited, it’s owners, agents assigns and heirs against any and all claims, causes of action, or any other liability of any kind arising from my operation of a motorcycle, or as a motorcycle passenger during my motorcycle rental period.
By signing this agreement, I agree to abide by all laws, rental requirements, and rental policies regarding but not limited to safe and legal operation of motorcycles, no use of or impairment due to alcohol or drug while operating the motorcycle and agree that any violation of these requirements will result in the termination of my rental without recourse or refund. I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that may affect your safety or the safety of others during the motorcycle rental period. I understand that, subsequent to state and local regulations, the choice of wearing a helmet or other protective gear is solely my own and that Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited most strongly recommends its renters to wear protective gear. Further, I certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol, any narcotic, or other drug that may impair my understanding or judgement.
I agree to be the sole person driving this motorcycle, unless otherwise noted, and I am fully responsible for any person or persons who, with or without my consent, sit on, or ride this motorcycle and I hereby indemnify Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited for any legal prosecution from physical injury resulting to myself or someone else or property damage from the rental equipment provided by Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read this liability waiver and agreement and that I am waiving any claim as set forth herein for myself, my spouse, personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin. In consideration of being able to participate in a tour/rent a motorcycle, I hereby release, waive, hold harmless, discharge, and agree to indemnify Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited, their owners, agents, employees, officers, directors, managers and representatives from any and all liability to me, my spouse, personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, liability, loss or damage (including property damage or loss, personal injury, permanent disability and/or death), in any way resulting from or arising in connection with this activity. I hereby agree to fully assume the risk and full responsibility of bodily injury, permanent disability, death r property damage due to the negligence of those being released herein, and on behalf of myself, my spouse, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin.
I acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks of serious bodily injury and/or death and the purpose of this liability waiver and agreement is to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Jamaica and that if any portion hereof be held invalid, I do expressly agree that the balance shall notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
I further agree to the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, resulting from the activity for editorial trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium by Spice Joy Ride Motorcycle Rentals Limited and its affiliates.
The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs this Release of Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, Waiver and Agreement.
